Summer is almost over, but don’t worry. There’s still plenty of time to catch the best Summer pop ups in London before they close, and plenty of new ones to get excited about. From Gin Gardens to Margarita Marches here’s our pick of pop ups you can’t miss this month.
You’re running out of time to visit this John Lewis pop up, and who can pass up the opportunity to visit Britain’s smallest pub (we reckon)? Take a break from the chaos of Oxford Street, climb to the top of John Lewis and take in London’s gorgeous skyline in a British garden. You can hire a Summer House and sip cocktails next to your own private herb garden. Or, if you’re hungry, rent a Pavilion and sample their delicious, British-inspired food.
Hurry! The roof closes on the 4th of September, but it’s open every day until then.
Gin and Tonic is back in a big way, and when it comes to Gin, you can trust Hendricks. So, when we heard they’d put together a gin garden pop up, we had to let you know. Make yourself comfortable in a lush leather settee or perch on the grass covered bar and get ready to try their unique gin concoctions. Their fresh Cucumberolic 75 (Hendrick’s Gin, Cucumber Acid and Sparkling Rose Flower) will definitely put you in good spirits.
Make sure you get to Worship Street Whistling Shop before it closes for the winter on September 8th.

Wish us luck tonight, were up for best bar in the UK @britishGQ Food & Drink awards. Everyone knows Original Sin know their cocktails, so if you’d like to know yours, you’re in luck. This cocktail masterclass will make sure you leave a reborn drinker. The best bit? If you invent a good enough cocktail, it’ll be featured as their cocktail of the month. Your ego will never be the same again.
Love Margaritas? Reckon you can drink 8 expertly made cocktails and still have room for food, dancing and a Jose Cuervo special masterclass? This is the event for you. Don’t miss it!
We were never allowed to drink at school, but Fever Tree have thrown out the rule book and honesty, we love it. Pay attention in class for the first time and you’ll learn which gins you love, plus which mixer will bring them to life. You’ll sound like a real expert when you next order a G+T from the bar. And, you can take home your own personal, tailored blend of gin and show it off to your now uncivilized friends.
Looks like September is going to be pretty awesome. Remember to make the most of London’s amazing rooftop bars before the weather takes a turn, and if it’s bad already (you never know with Britain) get to one of London’s tropical bars and pretend.
