Camden is home to some awesome bars, restaurants and clubs. But, we’ve picked out these because they do all three perfectly. If you’re looking for a great place to have dinner, have a drink and dance the night away, read on. Here’s the best restaurants, bars and clubs in camden where you can get all three.
The Jazz Cafe
The Jazz Cafe is a famous face on Camden high street – and it’s for a reason. Firstly, it’s just totally beautiful It used to be a branch of Barclays, but the transformation into a hugely popular jazz venue has worked. Get hot and sweaty on the dance floor downstairs, or watch in luxury from above with a cocktail and some great food. On Fridays and Saturdays, the venue transforms and a night of Disco, Soul and Funk music takes over. It’s definitely not one to miss.
If you’re looking to for great food, great Bourbon and great blues, the Blues Kitchen in Camden is the place to be. The menu focuses on American classics, and it does them to a t. It’s the live music and bourbon cocktails that keep us coming back though. Try Bourbon-inspired twists on the classics, like the Dirty Mojito, or stick to what they do best: proper Bourbon cocktails (their Old Fashioned is to die for). The staff are very friendly and will help you with pretty much anything you need. It really is a great evening out.
Never seen an Elephant filled with Rum? Well now’s your chance! Where else in Camden can you eat Crocodile, Zebra, Ostrich, Buffalo, drink great cocktails and then watch the restaurant and bar transition into a club night? I mean, we don’t think there’s anywhere else. And trust us, it makes for a great evening. There’s more conservative items on the menu if you aren’t into the exotic (or are vegetarian!), and the cocktails are delicious and beautifully presented. The sharing cocktails in particular are something else. Try the Cape Town Share (pictured), a mix of Havana Club 3yr Rum, Watermelon Liqueur & fresh juice – topped with a FLAMING Passion-Fruit!
